For machines that carry out coil tests, where very high numbers are normally produced, significant automation is required. Frequencies of 3 minutes per coil can be reached, with input and output storage, providing several hours of independence. Automatic loading and unloading can be carried out by a mechanical hand or robot, with positioning control on the pallet. For testing coils, the separation of rejects by type and the movement of the pallets, from and towards the warehouse, are automatic.

Another very important aspect for testing coils is the type of contacting, which must include both fixed coil terminals and wired terminals, with automatic loading and connection problems, which can be brilliantly solved by our technical department.
