Characterization of motors in the laboratory, and measurement of the characteristic curves related to each parameter.
The system is composed of 2 parts: control unit and measurement of all parameters, bench for mechanical motor fastening and connection to the brake. Brake according to the features of the motor being tested, for example: hysteresis, brushless, mechanical. Motor support adjustable on 3 axes for precise connection to the brake. Power supply: stabilized, adjustable voltage, at different frequencies or D.C. Curves detected in the form of graphs or tables, as well as videos.

  • LOADED, WITH CONSTANT REVOLUTIONS, CONSTANT TORQUE, TORQUE RAMP
  • TEST WITH ROTOR BLOCKED
  • AUTOMATIC DETECTION OF THE FOLLOWING CURVES: TORQUE, REVOLUTIONS, CURRENT, POWER, POWER FACTOR, YIELD, COMBINED IN VARIOUS WAYS
  • LIFE TEST
  • MEASUREMENT OF ELECTRICAL PARAMETERS THROUGH STABILIZED POWER SUPPLY OF SUITABLE VOLTAGE AND POWER

Leakage current

Leakage current testers detect the value of excessive current that flows to the ground through the insulation in the wire conductors.
